Terms & Conditions – The Exam – Ready System

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and your child’s participation in the Exam – Ready System and access to The Exam Mentor Study Support Network (“the Programme”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms on behalf of your child.

2. Who We Are

The Programme is operated by The Exam Mentor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The term “student”, “child”, or “participant” refers to the young person enrolled by you.

3. Programme Overview

The Programme includes:

Live online group workshop sessions via Zoom (where relevant)

Access to recorded training sessions

Access to the Study Support Network online portal

Educational content designed to support revision and study skills

The Programme is for educational support only.

4. Parental Responsibility

This Programme is purchased and managed by the parent/carer.
By enrolling, you confirm:

You are the parent or legal guardian of the student, OR have permission to enrol the student.

You accept responsibility for your child’s participation and conduct.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful and positive learning environment.

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

Rudeness, disrespect, or disruptive behaviour toward the tutor or other students

Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory language

Sharing inappropriate content or engaging in unsafe online behaviour

Where inappropriate behaviour occurs:

First incident: warning issued to parent/guardian

Serious or repeated incidents: immediate removal from the Programme with no refund

The Exam Mentor Ltd reserves the right to remove any student who disrupts learning or breaches conduct expectations.

6. Safeguarding & Online Safety

We take safeguarding extremely seriously. Safeguarding measures include:

Students’ cameras and microphones disabled during sessions

No private messaging between students

Moderated discussion channels

Limited student profile information on the portal

However, as the Programme takes place online, parents/carers are responsible for monitoring their child’s online use and ensuring safe participation.

We do not accept liability for actions taken by students outside the Programme’s managed platforms.

7. No Guarantees

We aim to provide high-quality guidance and support. However:

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, exam grades, or improvements in confidence, motivation, behaviour, or study habits.

Success depends on the student’s effort, participation, and personal circumstances.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature and immediate access granted upon purchase:

All purchases are final and non-refundable

No partial refunds are available if the student does not attend live sessions

9. Access to Programme Materials

Participants receive access for the duration stated at point of purchase.
Access will be revoked if:

Your payment fails and is not resolved

The student breaches conduct rules

Content is misused or shared (see Section 10)

Once access ends or is revoked, all materials and bonuses become unavailable immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, and resources within the Programme are owned by The Exam Mentor Ltd.

Students and parents agree:

No sharing, copying, distributing, or reselling materials

No uploading content externally

No screen recording or saving content except where explicitly allowed

Any breach will result in immediate removal from the Programme without refund and may result in legal action.

11. Availability & Response Times

We aim to provide support through the Study Support Network.
While we aim to respond as promptly as possible, typical response times are within 72 hours.

This is not a guaranteed response window. Not all posts may receive a reply.

Live session times are fixed and subject to occasional change with reasonable notice.

12. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your child has:

Reliable internet access

A suitable device for accessing Zoom and course materials

No refunds will be given for technical difficulties outside our control.

14. Bonuses

At the point of purchase a range of bonuses may be included. These bonuses are only available whilst your child is enrolled in The Exam – Ready System, unless otherwise stated.

15. Upgrades

1:1 Academic Mentoring upgrades requires acknowledgement and agreement of the “Academic Mentoring Agreement” which can be found here:
