They're trying hard but nothing they're doing seems to work.
They struggle to stay focused or spend hours looking at the same pages in their revision guide.
They're writing endless notes but nothing goes in.
They lack confidence because it doesn't feel like they can remember anything.
They're risking burnout because they're spending endless hours trying to cram everything in.
They're doubting themselves or avoiding revision.
You're worried they might give up or that their mental health is at risk.
You know they need more support and that something needs to change.
But nothing you've tried is working.
You've tried to help them but they won't listen to you.
You've spoken to the School but they don't do anything.
You've tried tutors but it's too many subjects (and too expensive).

📌 The main programme is 7 sessions showing your teen step by step how to revise, schedule their revision, stay organised and make important changes after mock exams
📌 The "Step Up Your Revision" sequence is ideal for those students who have mastered the basics in the Revision in Action programme or who are aiming for grades 7+ and want to 'step up' their revision approach to get even more out of it. This section consists of short video deep dives on different exam techniques and how to apply them to the different subjects, as well as a deeper dive on using mark schemes and examiner's reports- which are key in reaching the top grades.
📌 The Mindset and Motivation Modules are short 2- 5 minute videos covering tried and tested methods to stay motivated and to keep up confidence and positivity throughout the revision and exam period
📌 This small online community is where students can ask me questions at any time so I can give them individual feedback and support. They can also find my recommended revision resources and share revision resources with each other.
📌 Once a month (and more frequently as exams approach) students have the opportunity to join me live on Zoom to get in depth support for anything they're struggling with or just to ask a question. This is a fantastic way for students to receive 1:1 support without the 1:1 price tag. In these sessions I can help your teen to adapt their revision timetable, look through their mock exam results and determine the next steps or help them to identify where they might be going wrong with their revision approach.
📌 These optional online sessions take place once per half term (via Zoom) where students can openly share any struggles or frustrations. Here we discuss as a group how to deal with any negative mindset or low confidence issues, as well as practical strategies for facing this during exams or during revision, such as developing problem solving strategies. Microphones and cameras are off during these sessions.
📌 This series of live and recorded short (20 minute) sessions will support your teen with precisely what they need to be doing each week on the run up to exams AND in the first two weeks.
📌 These sessions support your teen to lock in on the most important aspects of their revision routine in the run up to exams, including reflecting on what is and isn't working and how to make the necessary changes. Sessions during the first two weeks of exams are a gamechanger as it ensures they have the support they need after any exams that haven't gone well so they can keep the momentum up and refocus, whilst also identifying what is and isn't going well in their exams and how to make the right changes for their next ones. These sessions will help your teen develop their confidence, resilience, self belief and positivity during the exam window.
This isn't a one off lecture where they get told what to do (like they might receive at School). This is the detailed step by step approach. I'll be showing your teen exactly what to do with modelled examples on the screen, followed by us doing it together and time for them to practice too. This will leave them confident that they know exactly what to do and how to do it.
They'll leave each session with an action plan for the following weeks which we build upon from session to session, so they'll never need to struggle alone.
I'll be using my 12 years experience as a teacher, where I have supported hundreds of students using these exact approaches, to achieve exam success.
But this won't be just another 'revision talk from a teacher'. Because my approach is different.
I tell my students to revise LESS and sleep more.
I show them what they're doing wrong and HOW to fix it.
I tell them that their mock grades don't matter- but what they do with them does!
I look at what is going wrong across all of their subjects to identify patterns and fix the problem.
Because I look at everything holistically.
It's not just about what revision they're doing it's about their mindset too.
What's preventing them from doing it, or what's causing them to do so much they burnout?
And I never accept vague plans of action.
I work with my students to identify precisely what they need to do to improve.
Simply 'revise more' is never an accepted answer. Instead we work on specific achievable strategies that they can start using immediately, without overwhelm.
And that's what they'll get in the Exam - Ready System.

Plus there will be an additional optional 'intro' session for parents and teens where I will show you how to access the Study Support Network, share the outline of the sessions, answer any questions and identify any major challenges to be addressed during the sessions.

Your teen will be working with me personally- it is always me answering their questions in the Study Support Network and I run every single online live and recorded session myself.
